Summer 2022 Internships!

Curuvar is looking for Research Interns to support the development of our Distributed Ledger testbed environment. These individuals will work independently as part of a small, agile team to engineer fully automated, repeatable cloud deployments of decentralized application, testing, and monitoring infrastructure. These positions are fully remote.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Senior Engineers to design network architecture for Distributed Ledger testbed environment

• Build efficient and reusable Infrastructure-as-Code solutions for automated deployment and execution

• Implement streaming system to present diagnostic information and test results

• Troubleshoot decentralized applications and cloud infrastructure

Minimum Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline

• Experience programming in at least one language

• Solid proficiency in computer networking fundamentals

• Basic proficiency in cloud computing and/or distributed systems fundamentals

• Basic proficiency with Linux

• Ability to pick up new software, languages, and frameworks quickly

• Solid communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Blockchain, Distributed Ledger, or other BFT consensus systems

• Experience with Terraform, Packer, or other cloud automation tools

• Experience programming with Go, Python, and/or Protocol Buffers
